The Front Desk Associate represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Customer service is the key to this position in the hospitality business and the manner used is important to both the customer and the team members. The associate must be able to perform all clerical and mechanical operations of receiving reservation information, recording it, and processing the forms and information so that rooms will be properly reserved and accurate records kept for forecasting purposes. Determines a guest’s reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps guests complete registrations cards and then assigns rooms accommodating special request whenever possible. Verifies the guest’s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks, and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel. Works closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work. Maintains key logs and key storage ensuring accuracy. Must be sales-minded to ensure the highest level of room revenue. Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.

Available to work ALL shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, & 11pm-7am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Registers guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
2. Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
3. Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit card, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
4. Understands room’s status and room status tracking.
5. Knows and explains room locations, types of rooms available and room rates.
6. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
7. Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying housekeeping of all checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and part-day rooms.
8. Possess a working knowledge of the reservation department, takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary, and knows all cancellation procedures.
9. Creates room keys.
10. Knows how to use front office equipment.
11. Processes guest checkouts.
12. Posts and files all charges to guest, master, and city ledger accounts.
13. Answers all phone call and use proper telephone etiquette.
14. Uses proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.
15. Reads and initials the front desk communication log and bulletin board daily. Is aware of daily activities and meetings
taking place in the hotel.
16. Attends department meetings as scheduled.
17. Coordinates guestroom maintenance work with the engineering and maintenance division.
18. Reports any unusual occurrences or request to the manager.
19. Knows all safety and emergency procedures. Is aware of accident prevention policies.
20. Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
21. Understands that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift to another shift.
22. Responsible for cash handling and the amount of money in the front desk drawer.
23. Other duties as requested from the Supervisor or General Manger.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Painter
- Pay: $12-14/hr depending on experience
- Automotive spray painting experience would be helpful but not necessary. Great opportunity to grow from apprentice to journeyman!

POSITION SUMMARY:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience: Graduation from high school or GED, valid driver’s license. Four years experience with industrial sheet metal fabrication or electrical assembly systems desirable.

Summary:

The operator will be familiarized with all mechanical functions of gluing machines. The operator will also be familiarized with all mechanical functions of various styles of folding paper boxes and trays. We are currently seeking a full time Production Associate responsible for producing customer orders using various equipment and processes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to multitask, possesses great time management skills, and has a strong work ethic.

Essential Functions:

Machine Operation

Load Proper Program and data to machine
Load product into equipment
Load proper tools
Follow proper procedure to produce product on manual machines and lathes
Background

Apply correct surface finishes using various methods.
System Check-in and Checkout

Receive product from inventory and scan into work system.
Send product to appropriate departments
Send finished product to inventory and scan out
Quality Control

Check product for any flaws in finish, design, and/or consistency
Maintenance and Scrap Control

Clean and oil machines
Fill coolant (sprayers) and way oil units on machines
Minimum/Essential Qualifications:

Education—High School Diploma or GED
Experience—2 years working in a production environment
Skill Sets— Good verbal and written communication, Ability to read and follow procedure cards, Basic computer skills, Ability to use digital calipers, Attention to detail
Other— Punctuality, consistent quality of work, positive attitude, eager to learn, safety conscious, efficient, accountable, honest and motivated
Preferred Qualifications:

Education—Technical certificate in Machine Technology
Experience—5 years experience in a production environment running CNC equipment

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (DOE)

CB Mining is an independent family-owned corporation that is growing. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Washington, PA, CB Mining focuses on product support for Longwall mines. Established from part of the Caterpillar mining group, CB Mining has grown from 2 locations in Washington, PA to now 4 locations, with additions in Marion, IL and Tuscaloosa, AL, We provide customers with rebuild services, CST gearbox rebuilds, welding and fabrications services, service exchange units, custom made cabling solutions, life cycle services including oil sampling and vibration analysis, robust inventory support, compatibility services and underground technical support. Job Duties:

This position focuses on providing underground customer support, technical issue resolution, training and support to customers. This position also in the liaison between the customer and CB Mining, promoting and fostering the use of our products and services.

This position must perform all of the following:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all underground mining equipment
- Diagnose a range on complex equipment problems in underground environments
- Safe and compliant performance, in line with company's and customers health and safety guidelines
- Responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers, employees, salesmen and various departments throughout CB Mining
- Provide seamless communication to both external and internal customers
- Grow aftermarket product support business in the region
- Available24/7 for customer call outs and / or emergency needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned by manager
Knowledge and skills required:

- Experience with the installation, operation, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance of the PMC-R, PMC-D, PMC-V, PMC-S control systems
- Experience with the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of room and pillar equipment
- Able to physically and emotionally work in an underground environment
- Must be able to walk long distances on uneven surfaces in underground environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently, with analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Maintain and valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Timely completions of all post job and administrative duties including but not limited to service reports, time sheets, failure reports, debriefing reports, tooling and equipment tracking
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Solid computer skills with a working knowledge of DBS, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

PERFORMANCE PLANNING
- Plan, provide, and evaluate the effectiveness of basic and advanced Respiratory Care services to neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification or Registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Maintain active CRT or RRT status.
- Holds a non-temporary license as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist by the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy.
- BLS Certification within 150 days of employment.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to meet behavioral expectations and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Reviews, collects, and evaluates relevant clinical data.
- Formulates an appropriate respiratory care plan based on patient assessment.
- Performs both basic and advanced emergency, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Assembles, checks, and corrects malfunctions and performs quality controls on respiratory care equipment.
- Provides effective education to patients and co-workers as appropriate.
- Maintains clinical and professional competency-based upon established standards of practice.
- Communicates changes in the respiratory care plan with other healthcare team members.
- Actively participates in departmental quality assurance and hospital-wide organizational performance improvement activities.
- Adheres to infection control and safety practices according to policies and procedures.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Exposed to all patient elements; subject to stress and fatigue. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking; frequent kneeling and stooping. Ability to lift 50 pounds and to transport, turn, and position patients weighing up to 300 pounds. Vision and hearing normal or corrected to normal; manual dexterity to perform patient care tasks.

The Denials Manager will support the mission of the DCH Health System by managing the denials of the DCH Health System looking for opportunities to improve denials through billing, coding and clinical documentation opportunities. The Denials Manager will be required to have strong analytical skills and proficiently use data systems to produce standard and custom reports to support financial opportunities throughout the DCH Health System.

Experience in navigating both the clinical and billing areas of EHR systems, medical coding and billing, KPI/Dashboard/Scorecard development and reporting, operational analysis assessment, strategy development for maximizing revenue and cash collection realization, and tactical execution of related sensible policies and procedures.

The Licensed Practical Nurse performs a wide variety of practical nursing duties in the care of the Greene County Health System Nursing Home. This nurse performs duties and services for residents in accordance with established regulations and specific instructions from the registered nurse and physician.

Requirements:
-High School Diploma/GED plus ]
-nursing assistant training. CNA certified.
