    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

    The Center Director is responsible for implementation of an Early Childhood Development Pre-School Education Program. The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center.     Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

    The Teacher is responsible to the Center Director for implementation, assessment; planning, and directives and guidelines of Head Start Performance Standards, Alabama Standards for Early Learning and Development and Alabama Department of Human Resources standards, and Agency standards. The Teacher is responsible for directing all volunteer activities in the classroom.

    The Instructional Assistant provides support to the instructional program within the assigned
    classroom with specific responsibility for working with individual and/or small groups of students;
    and providing clerical support to teacher/s. Instructional Assistants must enter data into school
    software programs for individual students. They indulge in adapting classroom activities for the
    purpose of reinforcing classroom goals and objectives. The Instructional Assistant must assist with

    This is field contact and general duty law enforcement work, after successful completion of

    Employees are responsible for service of civil process and criminal warrants, investigation of
